Really, if the reason is quet compelling, then it's not problem to use some imagenation and choose other name. By the way.... this topic looks more like faction idea example, but it's already stuck with its name.
But Sava also right, faction seems to be inactive for long time, and I didnt see any limits to use existed faction name to rebuild it. Noone made BLS like unofical faction before, and everything is showing, that noone cares about it. (May be Im wrong, and there is such limits, but I asked Angels, they told nothing about such limits.) Anyway, if BLS must be rebuild with other name, so be it.
