Guten Tag,

I am Cpt James Kirk. I currently am the head of a small organization called Phoenix Rising. We are Zoner and freelancers (Mostly Zoners). We are in the business of transportation of goods throughout Sirus. We deal with Legal goods and shipments to various places.

I have two barges at my disposal and purchased the Hathor from Cpt Gorva, who is currently piloting it still. I am piloting a newly commisioned Barge called the Jamestown. I am requesting registry of both to be allowed to move throughout rheinland - within your cargo laws. I will make sure we enforce all embargos and Laws to what is allowed.

1.1.1. Callsign of the ships: PR|Hathor and PR|Jamestown
1.1.2. Name of the Captain: Various. At present Cpt James Kirk pilots one.. Cpt Gorva is working for me temporarily until I find a new captian.
1.1.3. Ship papers/Affiliation: Zoner
1.1.4. Intention in Rheinland: Both to move goods through Rhienland and into Rhienland for deliveries.
1.1.5. Cargo, which would be transported: Various depending on contractgs aquired. However we will stay within the laws of Rheinland as to what is allowed.
1.1.6. Origin of the cargo: Various as we contract and move throughout Sirus space and other Houses.
1.1.7. Destination of the trade: Various.

If you will let me know how much the registration fees are.. I will make sure they are paid.

the Bundespolizei of Rheinland came to the following decission:

Until you specify the information given to the Federal Polizei of Rheinland, we cannot permit your request.
A request with terms like "Various" is not exact enough and can be misinterpreted.

Am I right in assuming that this request would also rename the listed Barge of commander/captain Gorva?
In this case, I would recommend to view his registration form. I'm sure he can copy his one. On it you'll find the right way to specify the cargo.
If there would be (for his registration) a change of the paragraphs §1.1.3.; §1.1.4.; §1.1.5.; §1.1.6. or §1.1.7. this has to be considered as a new request.

Guten Tag,
First I must appologize for taking such a long time to respond. I have been out of communication for the last few days. However, I am hoping this revisal is what you are looking for.

1.1.1. Callsign of the ships: PR|Jamestown and the PR|Hathor
1.1.2. Name of the Captain: At present I , Cpt James Kirk pilots the Jamestown. Cpt Gorva is piloting the Hathor, and is working for me temporarily until I find a new captian.
1.1.3. Ship papers/Affiliation: Zoner
1.1.4. Intention in Rheinland: Both to move goods through Rhienland and into Rhienland for deliveries.
1.1.5. Cargo, which would be transported: Mainly consumer goods, Ores, diamonds and other products not on your restricted/contraband list. This may vary depending on what contracts we have.
1.1.6. Origin of the cargo: Kusari and Rhienland - possibly Bretonia if your embargo/war with them is over.
1.1.7. Destination of the trade: Kusari and within the Rheinland. also depending on your relation with Bretonia..


I will always allowed the Navy and Polizie to stop and scan my vessel -- provide papers, to include pickup and destinations. I honor your embargo agianst Liberty.
I may do bussiness there when the need arises but not with cargo from the Rheinland.

as for Cpt Gorva - yes this considered a new request. as the Barge called Hathor is now owned by the group known as Phoenix Rising. I am its CEO. if I change cpts of either vessle I will inform you immediatly. I am unsure how long Cpt Gorva plans to remain on as the pilot of the Hathor.

I regret to inform you, that your request will be [color=#FF0000]denied.

The following main reasons led to this decission:
  • Once again you've not exact specified your cargo.
    A commodity summary like "Ores" and "other products not on your restricted/contraband list" is not enough.
  • As result of the Bretonia conflict and a request of the Rheinland Verkehrspolizei the origin and destination information for the Barge license are tightened.
    That's means for you, you have to specify the station and (the respective course) you want to trade within Rheinland.
    This information will be used for statistics, patrol and escort concepts and the traffic regulation.
Furthermore: The entry for the Hathor will now be removed from the Rheinland Barge Registry and will be readded, when your request get's approved.
