This has my approval. This is relevant to my interests.
You got your work cut out for you though. Kusari, Rheinland, Corsairs, Bret lawfuls. Relations with RHA, Junkers, Lanehackers, Rogues to nurture. Perhaps IMG as well. If you're up for profiteering, I'd point you to the IDF for gold offloading, I bet they'll offer you a good price for it.

The VE will be neutral, I did have in mind Nomads/Keepers/Wilde when I wrote that, AI players will be neutral. I'll add that at some point soon.

Yes.
I know its probably too late now, but because this bit of "lore" was actually written by Mollies of old with no consultation with the Corsair players (And then used to justify why the mollies hate Corsairs) I personally would like to see this bit of "lore" removed from the game.
That said, the proposal looks good, I've met some of you in game and the interactions have been good as well, all good so far.

The official story comes from the Cork infocard.
Why would the Molly's publicly show off that they are covering up their own mess?
Plus the infocard doesn't state a Corsair fleet decimated the Mollys in Londonderry, only Cork.
If the Corsairs decimated the Mollys in Londonderry, the Mollys would be finished.
The Corsairs could take over Londonderry and push the Mollys out of Arranmore from the opposite direction as the BAF.
The only source of the 'Cork' incident knowledge is from the ol infocard.
Said infocard is for public eyes.
The secret is not for public eyes.
The reason the new story was created was because it was pretty damn unfair to the Corsairs and also shafted their relations with the Gaians, all thanks to the Mollys being too pig headed when designing their system of gold.
This and the fact that the Corsairs being able to destroy Cork would've pretty much left a massive Corsair fleet sitting in Londonderry. Why would such a fleet then just fly away? If it didn't fly away, Molly's wouldn't own Londonderry.
