There is one, by our lore, one survivor that we keep in cryostasis and thaw out when needed, and he is stark raving bonkers.

On the note of "Shadows"
We have the Commissariat already, and they are very good at removing defectors. Coalition Civil War or not, you wouldn't have been able to leave.
If you were Katzist you would have been hunted mercilessly across Sirius.
If you were Volkhanist, you would have been Nerve Stapled and thus never even consider leaving the Coalition.
Also the leaders of the Coalition are as follows Aeon, MacIntosh, and Katz
None of whom would grant you your wish.

As an official faction, we hold the right to dictate how our faction history evolves and changes - along with the backstory. There have been many threads where Alvin has defended that right.
If you want to get in contact with Alvin or me regarding this idea then we can find some way to help you out.
In the meantime, it seems there are many holes in your idea and I think Snak3 is helping you address them. We have nothing to do with this currently and from my personal point of view, I don't approve of it.

Hmm... Orillion. Right. In History tell that he was Liberty Navy officer.
In LSF tell that he was LSF pilot.
He has created The Order. Right. Hmm. In history Order I don't see about Marcus Wolker? Trent.
Marcus Wolker was scaut of Order in Liberty fleet.
And you tell me about right history?

No, I don't think established faction history is conflicting at all.
Some factions omit the characters from the vanilla Single Player campaign since we all know what happened anyway, and there's no room for interpretation.
Also: You have too many ranks in the faction.

Yeah, good luck with that. It takes a long time for a faction to be given their own personal ID (for non-vanilla factions.)
