But QV is right.
We can't tell others how to RP. The thing is, often, when you see someone who is apparently OORP, they might really have a very good reason for the equip that they are mounting.
If these sanction reports to exist, the people sanctioned should at least have a right to defend themselves. The Admin are overworked as it is, and don't have the time to go through every RP story on the forums.

Yeah, Avenger isn't some uber ship.. I don't get it..
Usually people fly Blood Dragons as Unioners or something like that..
But Avenger? That ship isn't any good for Xenos..
I can see an RP reason for it, but I don't know if these guys have it.
Dusty, Taiidan Bomber is ok for Xenos? Didn't know that..

Not everyone 's obliged to RP on the forums, or even have an account. Granted, that makes things a lot simpler, and yet, it's not necessary. All that matters is that they don't break any rules, and RP.

However as has been stated in a number of other threads recently, the recent expansion of the Xeno cause has been tremendous, but not all of them wish to play as Xenos, some just want a fight. I hope these two do not fall into that category. We can only find out in-game if they will not respond here.

I'd think, as Navy defectors, and the Xenos being as poor as they are, that they'd endeavor to keep their ships. Remember, the Xenos are dirt poor and flying around in Starblazers; a pair of Avengers would be an incredible tactical step up. They'd be able to take the Navy on more solid ground, and hence would be discouraged from exchanging their craft at all.

Yes Navy Avengers armed with Xeno Scorpions.... a pretty leet combination (relatively speaking). I can see the RP angle, but like everyone says, where is the story.....
