Sorry, missed this before.
Generic civilian tech is civilian tech that would be available all over Sirius, for example the stork or the Renzu line or the Eagle.
House Civilian tech is civilian tech that is specific to that particular house, for example the Behemoth or the Big Dragon.

House civilian tech is freighters and transports with house affiliation, the KuEx, and the TigerShark.

If the ID is green to Kusari civilian tech it can be used freely, if an ID is white to Kusari civilian tech it needs permission, if the ID is red to Kusari civilian tech it cannot be used.

Freelancer ID is considered to be more on the lawful side than the Merc ID.

So Pirates/Freelancers/Mercs should have to ask Permission from Kishiro Faction (Ahoudori GB producer i belive) or other way around Kishiro Faction could make unlawful outside Kusari stop using that civil GB*?
(* cause its looking lil odd if Pirates/Mercs can go rob/kill Kishiro Players in Kishiro GB`s:)
Compare to "civil" "Pirate Transporter/Train" general permission (but actualy revocable realy if they like) from Liberty Rogues?

That is not currently the case. As it stands, several of the generic IDs are green to Kusari civilian tech, and can use the KuEx freely.
