I believe commodities are worth their "default" price, i.e. scrap metal is worth $5 per unit when it's in your hold. Credit cards have a set default price everywhere, so yeah.

The value of credit cards don't change, their sell and buy prices are the same everywhere. So when you carry them, their value adds to your current player level. Since credit cards value at the amount of credits they represent, they're just the same as raw credits.
