IFAP - Independant Faction of Accursed Phantoms - Decerebrated.Individual - 08-12-2011
I'd change the name, not only because it gives you "I fap".
It doesn't really sound like a name the kind of organization you describe would have.
"Independent Faction" doesn't sound like RM, it sounds more like Zoners or IMG.
"Accursed Phantoms" sounds kinda "I wanna be dark and evil" emo... kinda like the old phantoms. It will keep some people from taking your seriously.
Am I the only one who thought that this was a Phantom remake involving Furries, after looking at the pic and before reading hte text? :D
An Furry Phantom faction called "I.F.A.P" would have had my full support.

The Fact is though.. RM has a specific purpose currently - Fighting off Liberty.. We ALSO clean up criminals on a regular and frequent basis..
We aren't RM or BDM, because each of us does a slightly different thing.. BDM are in search of information, RM are (atm at least) Focusing solely on the War.. We are Keeping Liberty out of specific Rheinland Systems, and Killing Criminals (Which RM doesn't do very often - if at all).. We're a fledgling Faction.. Obviously things will seem similar at the onset - there are only so many ways to start a faction, the development and growth of the faction is the key.. Not how one begins..
All we in IFAP say is 'wait and see'

We did realise there was an old 'Phantom' Faction, however if people actually looked at us (like you did) we aren't anything of the sort..

BDM has different squadrons in its ranks, like the U-Boat. I am sure we can work something out and host your group as an indepedent BDM squadron. If you are interested, you can talk to Lobster, me or Aphil.

I have a few recommendations for you:
A) Post a roster. I am interested in seeing what kind of activity your faction is going to generate.
B) Establish clear and concise goals for your faction to work for.
C) Change the name. I Fap is cute, but you arnt going to be taken seriously.
D) Use the BDM ID instead of the RM ID if you are going to be operating deep inside liberty.
E) If you -are- serious and this isn't a joke. Lets think about working together instead of crippling both factions due to too small a player-base. http://discoverygc.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=100281
