Add Kaspersky Internet Suite 7 to the list.
I can see the server list on the program, but when I click on connect, it's says that the server is either down or there is a problem with the internet connection.
Uninstall KIS and everything works fine, disabling the firewall doesn't work.
Also, KIS works on XP with the exact same rules, no issues, it's just vista.... arrrrrggggggggghhhhhhhhh....
$500 worth of absolute crap.... so much for upgrade to the OS for the future...
