---------- Biography----------
I was born on Planet New Berlin, my mother was a Secretary for Republican Shipping and my father was a senior civil servant. I had a normal life, went to Schools, done reasonably well, applied to join the Military's Secondary Fleet and was approved. I was sent off to the Battleship Strausberg to train. I did rather well in training, got the highest marks in my class for bomber training and performed above average in fighter training.
Once I completed training I was delpoyed to the Battleship Westfalen, I was assigned to the 23rd Fighter Flügel based out of the Westfalen. The 23rd was really an emergency response wing, so we were often the first out when Liberty decided to raid Hamburg, we also escorted and took part in any ships raiding Houston. I served in the 23rd for roughly 9 and a half months. Then, Liberty launched their attack on the Westfalen and despite the best efforts of myself, and all the other servicemen who fought. We lost.
The 23rd was disbanded and all remaining figher wings that were formerly based on the Westfalen were merged and became part of the Hamburg Defence Fleet. So, I've been based out of Planet Hamburg since then. Several times I have witnessed the acts of barbarity the Liberty Navy take part in, for all their talk of "Liberty and Freedom", nothing justifies the indiscriminate attacks on Planet Hamburg using long range mortars.
I've been based on Hamburg for 4 months, I took part in the recent battle in Bering which took place a month ago. Though my bomber was shot down when the LSF intervened. Since then I asked to be transferred to the BDM which leads me to now, a Rekrut of the BDM.
---------- In the BDM----------
My first action as a Rekrut of the BDM was a skirmish with the LSF in Hamburg assisted by the Rheinwehr. After a protracted dogfight, the LSF retreated back towards the Westfalen. I then took part in several battles against the numerically superior Liberty Navy and the Rheinland has achieved victory every time. I wonder if the Liberty Navy High Command actually use tactics, or do they just throw capital ships at the front, hoping they will break through?
