I would think it wouldn't just be the Houses; Corporations like Cryer could make a virus, Gaians could create Pokemon, and the Order damn near anything. Cuz we got everything in our organization:cool:

The only working cloaking devices that any house ever had were built by nomads, and the only one liberty ever had was stolen by the order. If there's one faction in the entirety of discovery that should have cloaking, it's the order =P
Still though, if I was making a superweapon for the Order... it'd be a beam weapon reminiscent of starcraft 1/2 protoss energy cannons, would do massive damage to nomad and infected vessels, but nearly no damage at all to standard vessels. An 'anti-organic' beam weapon, if you will.

Kusari: a huge "bunker buster"-like weapon penetrates the planet, detonates, and the resulting volcanic eruptions cause a hundred year winter
Liberty: Population of targeted planet have a huge orgy until they all bleed to death
Bretonia: antimatter cannon annihilates a small section of the planet, resulting gamma radiation kills off life on the planet
Rheinland: Leadership of targeted planet go postal and massacre the population, and then off themselves
EDIT: And gallia doesn't matter because they'll be dead in .87, meaning that they won't be able to complete it anyway. Better off saying that their general OPness was their superweapon: superweapons

Liberty: Something like a super foward gun. Maybe a triple Siege Cruiser Foward Gun. "Doom Strike"
Bretonia: Nothing, except nuclear weapons.
Rheinland: Huge Plasma Cannon. Would call it, "Der Schlund"
Kusari: Hyper-speed Ballistic Missiles. "Kamikaze"
and Gallia: Something like a bio or chemical weapon, which cause a chain reaction in the atmosphere or space.
