Its a good idea.
Everyone has a bar, some have a couple. What about the councils? Most of those evolved out of the watering holes....as they tend to do in real life, as well...So, a place for pubs and bars and restaurants and councils...what would one call it, such a forum? Community Centers?
There are no active moderators, (a few admins who moderate, yes...but they're spread kind of thin.) anymore.

I'm all for it! I've almost published a Corsica Bar (Cardamine Concentrate Free with Drink) several times...As for More Mods, I'm all for that too. I've been noticing a lot of people (myself included) lately that have needed a slap on the wrist but haven't gotten it because there aren't any active Mods and the Admins are busy Adminning.

Although I missed the memo or linkie or whatever, I believe that the Admin/Moderators have decided to let sleeping dogs lie, and refrain from making a subforum for these shadey establishments. As some are involved in ongoing roleplay, are limited to "members only", or are otherwise too seedy to be frequented by the general populace.
No such restrictions will apply at Sophie's on Canaria, or at Hope's Haven, although I reserve the right to strew breadcrumbs and tidbits of a confusing nature around within them if certain characters or stories warrant them as "local color".
You'll just have to dig for the best places to get snockered, like the rest of us cabbages.
