I really like the background and the symbol in the middle, but I'm not a huge fan of the chrome background for the side areas. Would it be easy to change those?

To be fully honest its hard to tell what to improve in raw version, I would like to see final.
Or maybe make 2-3 different versions? Could you do that ?

My major concern with this image is a lack of Kusari feeling, the border side transmission areas leave me feeling it more like Liberty.
Could I suggest the blue background in the centre with the lightning be changed to a red hue and the border and side areas having more of a Kusari feel.
