also it would be nice if you post a pirating policy against the rest of liberty companies as well. (meaning IDed and tagged players) from IC, DSE, Ageira, Synth Foods

also about area of operation .... Cortez and Magellan should maybe be "restricted" meaning you might chase someone there.. but you will not hang around/wait on someone there.

The Xeno canon is that we receive a measure of fiscal aid from Universal shipping in an effort on their parts to provide themselves with a double edge on their competition. As IND is a member of Interspace, they fall under the same umbrella as every other commercial entity within Liberty, which is one of hostility.
Furthermore, in light of the fact that Magellan and Cortez are firmly under the lock and key of the Lane Hackers, we'll move that one up to restricted as well to prevent us stepping on one anthers toes for the moment.

Oh, and same as Simon. Does the ZNO stand for "Xeno"? I'd prefer some "X" at the start, but that is of course up to you.
@mjolnir: They should as well attack Liberty companies because they actually hate any interaction with something that is not Liberty. I wondered about the same thing as you and did some research:
