yes..i did take a SS and i did report..no respond from admin so far..i wrote 2 reports today...and if a Kusaris Destroyer defending trader at the New Berlin JH..should i take a SS and report them for OoRP?

If he is a Kusari Destroyer with a KNF ID/Tag, then yes. At least send in a report. At the least, he should get told by admins to stay in his own area.
And if you sent those reports in today, expect them tomorrow. Most sanctions come a day after the report gets sent in. Hoodlum, who does a lot of the sanctions, is in Europe and asleep right now (or should be..).

I know a guy who can efficiantly pirate in a pirate trans, has 5 forward firing and 3 rear firing lvl 7 turrets and a cd.

Fortunately I'm not asleep, as the quali for the start of the F1 season from Melbourne is just about to start.
But I digress ...
The sanctions need looking at by all the admins, unless they are blatantly obvious ones. So you will have
to wait. No point in watching the reports like a hawk ... It ain't going to happen in a hurry.
And as for pirating in a cruiser, I don't think so ... Thats the road to everyone flying a BS on both sides of
the coin. Very counter-productive all round, don't you think ? How about team work for a change ?
