It is not a hurry. For my sins I just got the job of IMG R&D director :rolleyes:. So I will be starting a lot of things and thought some kewl bars won't be bad - there will be a lot of forum RP involved. I can wait, so take as much time as you need.
And yes, I know my way around. I haven't played a lot, was off for a long time, but always kept an eye on the forums and have spent a lot of time reading stuff here.
/edit - I cannot talk about the pics other guys choose, but there will for sure be at least 2 other ships in the bars. One is a Persheron transport and the other - a Hydra gunship. If we need more different bars in the future, we will specify additionally./I hope we will, as we want to expand the R&D Division/

I like the overal design. Some remarks :
1. Put the 'Independant Miners Guild' above it all
2. Move the "Research & Development Division" to the left, and put the char name on the right
3. Move the IMG logo slightly to to the left of the bar and up and the ship slightly to the right and up
4. Make the whole bar a bit bigger so the char picture is not so big a part of it
5. Please make a variant where the black in the sig is replaced with a variation of blue

Final remarks:
1. That was my mistake - move the logo and ship back so there is no space between them, but make their hexagons as big as the pic one so the sides of the three which are in contact are the same.
2. Move the char name to the middle of the right wing
3. make all three inscriptions one size bigger
4. make the Wings a bit bigger
And that I think will be all - looks perfect otherwise.
