Simple answer is, you do not get one for an armoury, or for a trader who thinks being shot at is a pain, or
for a bank, whether it is a camera ship or not ... Its a copout to any form of roleplay.

Hey, why don't you move to another section of Sirius? Like Rheinland or something. You know, spread it out a bit, instead of every single gun dealer wanting to go to NY. Wellington's in Bretonia already, so why not move around a bit?
