I like system what it is now...
But like you already say, they had a lot works and paperwork business, not easy to keep it up.
Now they had new admins who do their job, and again they are angry???
For what? You broke a rule you will sanctioned simple,i realize is that temper they have when
they got sanction and they was believed that not get a punish and their friends will "fix" that.
But in these few days i saw decisions of admin team is good and fair for all and back to my trust in them!!
So trollers will always troll and haters will hate!!! Admins keep up with this!!!

Maybe some people migth appear being angry. Then reality is that they just act more seriuosly to certain matters. And perhaps yeah, there are the ones who really take things so deep. But again, why should I even care?

To explain my thought:
You've to stick to the rules. Now there is another player who do ooRP behavior or another rule violation.
You report them. Nothing would happen.
Admins are angry about the paperwork.
Users are angry because there is no sanction or response.
