Thanks, though it wouldn't have been possible without Chips and Igiss. They helped me out with most of the mod's issues.

By the way, The server is called "Polaris GP". It should come up under version 4.75.

Depending on whether I have time to play your server, Discovery, and another game.... I might become server police, if you want. ;)

But you're adding in player cap ships - OK, freelancer models, but they're not player ships in vanilla. I suggest you need something to balance that, otherwise no-one will want to fly a fighter.

What you'll find is that players will trade up to the value of a cap ship, as trading was much more profitable than fighting in 4.75.

Two really good additions since 4.75 have been pilot loot drops and the MkII house fighters. Along with the Nova etc, these have made the mod more interesting and varied, without adding anything too different to vanilla. Extra mission rewards are a good thing too.

I can live without Homeworld ships and new systems, as good as they are, as I don't think Discovery really needs them, but they do add interest and bring players to the server.

Good luck with Polaris, I'll still be giving it a try.

I`m trying to deactivate the mod as rarely as i can, i don`t like repeatedly reinstalling FL. Or maby it doesn`t need a clean install after deactivation/reactiovation of Discovery. But i`m not risking

You don't need to do a clean install after reactivating a mod. That's why FLMM is there.

Well, we don't really need police right now. According to the host, only 8 people have logged in so far. When the number of people online starts increasing, I'll tell him to contact you. :)

Congrats on getting a mod hosted in such short order man, and give me a ring if you think it needs a chapter of the the Battleship Terrors (_-)
