I am curious, does the term "recruit them to your own banner' specifically mean they must join the BLS, or is there another way for independents to support you without directly joining you?

It will be hard for anyone tagged BLS to land on Manhattan within RP. The police would see him/her coming and be waiting. An untagged smuggler would have the best option because then he/she is just another freelancer docking. This has me confused.

In RP, we haul to Rochester, Beaumont, or any of the other Junker/pirate bases, who then move it to the planets. As Outcasts, we never move it to lawful bases (indeed, we all have OC IDs!), as the Outcasts never actually land on them either.

We're friendly ish. So much so, in fact, that QCP buy OC equipment. Moreover, I believe bretonia to be the only house to have legalized possession of Cardamine (five units or below, personal use only) , which is a far step better than destroying any traces.
btw, someone has to supply that cardi, so perhaps we could make some sort of deal? Elgato and I are working on an updated set of laws, to come out soon, but I think there's RP merit there. The queen of course increases the price of cardamine, as its not quite healthy, and we don't want

//I guess I was under the assumption that Junkers and smugglers brought the cardamine into Liberty (hence the smuggler ID). I would still like to help the outcast cause but I think its wrong to be forced to join a faction or be blasted.

Yeah Unselie, like I said, I left the diplomacy alone. When it was pointed out to me, I changed it. Blame Patrick.
And Ratchet, you don't have to join. Just 1.) don't get caught by us, or 2.) pay us a small fee for 'protection'.
