I think in-rp, the terraform of harris was originally supposed to be done by sometime in the early to mid 820's, but seem to recall that had been delayed due to the kusari conflict. Not sure though.

Sirius days & months mirror our own, so New Years Day inrl is also NY'sD on server. technically we should be a month into 820, but yeah..."officially" we are in 819 again

Not sure though.If I recall correctly, the infocard said it would be done by 820 exactly. I'm not sure if the Bretonia-Kusari and Bretonia-Gallia Wars have delayed it, but Planetform, by some unknown miracle, still controls Planet Harris despite the latest invasion by Gallia, so it must have made at least some progress.
