I agree, but I was bashed by the official faction for wanting to make a rogue GMG security officer, stalking caps in Eta at his own time. I do believe the ID says GMG can hunt pirates in systems with GMG bases, which Eta doesnt have. So even though we agree, the ID and official faction sort of puts a lid on these kinds of operations.

In Newcastle you get OC missions against BH Dessies from time to time, and BS Yamaguchi offers missions aginst Molly GB's.
BS Schwerin in Omega 15 also offers RM missions against sair ossies. I've also looked for caps missions in Lolberty, bot so far... Nothing.

I recall there being Rogue gunboat swarms in New Hampshire. We're still working on expanding the options. Hopefully you'll get your vs War Turtles soon.

Does Bretonia offer capmissions somewhere? I seem to recall cruiser patrols in Dundee in 4.85, but I can't remember if they were mission-related?
