I think that putting GMG capguns into generic civilian would allow usage of it according to it's infocard. I myself used to have Osiris with GMG primaries in 4.85.

That would allows Outcasts and Corsairs to use it though. Rather make a new group like gm_cap_share and give it to the Zoners and Order with a 1.0
