Well played. I mean it. Hopefully things will move forward and get better for everyone involved from here. This is a good start. One person can't shoulder everything alone in a faction, something I have learned in my time here. Work with people in your faction, work with people in the area, other people only make us stronger, and I dont mean in the sense of power, I mean in the sense of being human beings.

Good on you.

Well said sir!

People need to take breaks...from everything..it's not failure or surrender....it's just like sleeping. The brain needs time to process things on a subtle level and the only way to do that is to break from the activity for a bit.

Take a week off from Disco and the forums.

Focus on the GF, make her dinner every night, pack her lunch for work, make her breakfast, clean the house. When your in a relationship where she is living with your and can see what you do with your time.......you got a work a lot extra if you want to spend hours in front of the computer.

Good luck Brother.

It takes a fair bit of guts to apologize and man up for your mistakes. That is admirable.

But.

More important is whether you will remember this apology and actually stick to it. Do not that this as an insult, I've just seen too many people who apologize and then go straight back to doing what they were doing earlier (both here and in RL).

Apologizing is good, but sticking to it is what matters.

Good luck.

As said, that takes some balls. That is commendable. People do actually understand and forgive, all it takes is a positive step, from you. And you've done that.

Best of luck with your future endeavours. Cheers.

Cheers Bret, you need a break, take one and it will certainly benefit you.

Speaking as a member of the LE, we won't let it down, though I see some changes need to be done.

Why is everyone claiming it takes balls to apologize to people you've never seen, for things you have done, in a game that you play? Seriously.

Because many people do not take the time or energy to admit they made a mistake.
Sometimes due to pride or other forces of their mind.

And for the record I have seen a few of the people who have spoken so far, maybe not directly face to face, but close enough to understand them and learn a thing or two.
