Actually no, it is NOT. Long story short: TBH left the Council of Elders a while ago.

That being said, TBH is a Corsair official faction and they hold the same authority over the 'sair indies as the Benitez or Sails players

The old players guide the new players. This is how it has been is and should be. So, if you did something wrong, obviously Memoria is going to stop you and guide you. But if you refuse to listen and learn, then that's your problem.. Don't go getting mad over someone teaching you or simply RPing their part.

Who can or can not be in Gamma is not for you to decide. If a Benitez, TBH or Sails player told you it's ok for them to be there just deal with it and go pirate someone

This, henri. They are official for a reason.

they can be cocky, you know. as in - if the people roleplaying those characters decide that would be a character trait for the elders, nothing you can do about it, really. and from the screens, i saw...

memoria was operated by joey, who's TBH character -IS- an elder one. if not a member of the elder council, the current Brotherhood leader. so he can still order you around, unless it is against lore RP. deal with it.

Yes it is. They tell you what to do and as long as they're requests are covered by the FR2 there is nothing you, me the Council of Elders or anyone else can do about it. Give this thread a read: http://discoverygc.com/forums/showthread.php?tid=21888

Edit: FR2 - Official factions have authority over players of the same NPC affiliation, as long as RP justification is provided. This authority applies in forums and in-game, and applies to player faction diplomacy, and strategic and tactical direction. However, exercise of that authority, on the forums and in game, is restricted to official faction members with the rank of the official faction leader and one rank below him/her. The authority may be exercised through the use of in-game in-RP orders, which, if not obeyed, can result in in-game in-RP consequences (arrest, court martial, and even "lethal" force in extreme circumstances). Official Factions cannot, under any cicrumstances, require another player to follow non-canon RP if that player doesn't want to.

Hey, TBH leaders were called Elders long before there even was a Council of Elders. :P
