Pirating more than once - Jinx - 04-11-2008

i usually leave traders untill i forget about them being targetted before, which is generally 1 - 2 days. every "victim" gets the advice to change the route though when i am done with him.

but clover is more interested in traders paying up AND not being mad at gaians, - imo gaians need symphaty within the people of bretonia, - they re organzing protests against the pollution etc. - and they need the money, so they sort of need the independent trader to come back - and pay up again happily.

the pirate in question is a corsair though - and corsairs don t need the support of anyone but themselves, so he doesn t need to be nice. - only thing i noticed about him yesterday was that he didn t give me any time to haggle with him a little. ( since he got my zoner trader, i offered him cargo that is needed in gamma : h-fuel ) but he refused and asked me to do the diamond - niobium run ( strange suggestion:D) and opened fire then. - well, it wasnt hard to escape him - and he might have been a bit nervous, cause at the same time, like 2 more traders popped up there and a battleship. ( overwhelming much ).

thats how a lion must feel with a herd of zebras. - tries to chase down every one of them and looses them all in the end.

Actually I was just tired, VERY tired.
I'm really fidgety when I'm tired and I usually end up regretting playing games after I play them late at night.

well, your little pirating was welcome - i had done 2 hours of faction work to get the frikkin zoner tag ( again ) on this revived char. - point for you, you asked for a reasonable amount of money that i would have payed, but you caught me in a situation after some dull working on the rep, so i was in the mood to barter:laugh:. ( either that, or a shooting match ) - btw. do you have train CDs? you appeared to miss me quite often or they poofed with little effect.

I have reinforced cruise disruptors, s2000gan told me to get them.
And yes, why didn't they do anything to you?

Pirating more than once - Xing - 04-11-2008

how about dont play games when you are "very tired" as you pretend.
and some ships have extreme resistance to cd such as trains. You must fire them in good angle to get them.

Pirating more than once - bluntpencil2001 - 04-11-2008

Train CDs are better than reinforced. They will stop anything.

We always give 4 hours before we ask for a donation again, what is the point of doing the same person over and over, let them trade for more money then take another slice, plus you have to keep the fun side for the trader too..

Cheers

As I said it once already somewere, it's just a symptom of total mindlessness and gullibility to pick up the same route back on which you have been pirated once before, and haven't recived any guarantee.
