We have instructions not to base off of junker bases.
It's rather funny to see that this Q.Q thread rose from your lone cruiser tailing a BDM uboat, then getting killed by a pair of BDM uboats in the badlands.
I could care less 2 GBs killed my LSC. I am just sick of seeing Rheinlanders raid NY from junker bases. Deny it all you want. I got 11 junkers chars that have spotted you lads landing there to repair. I have also spotted your guys landing on rogue base for repairs in my Rogue char. I have even followed your lads in my Rheinland fighter a few times just to see where you go. And yes i do have that many chars.
If you want me to screen them all and send to Congress or LR then i can do that, but we both know it is a waste of time for myself/ the factions/ the admins. Just man up, and stop power gaming. I will not even mention Conn here.

So in short, you have evidence of someone basing off junker bases, The 2IC of the faction that you have raged at have said "We have rules against this, Give us evidence" and you have said "No, I'll just complain here". I was listening to you somewhat as we had that problem down at the Confederation of Freeports, for us liberal application of RP and GTFO orders seems to have done wonders, As the dude in charge of shouting at people who break said rules I get somewhat bored because nobody does it, or at least not any-more.
Just use RP to attempt to solve this, ASK the junkers to put in place a strict system of rules with clear penalties laid out to those who break them. Seemed to solve the massive Q_Q ball down at Freeport 9 for the most part.

I have asked the Congress many times. I have given the Congress proof many times. The Congress has reported many for FR5's but alas the system is busted, and no one gets FR5'd. Those who do just re-rep with bribes and continue. As most FR5's do not go full red for some reason.

:| That's a pretty tall order as accusations go. Please forward any and all screenshots involving docking at junker bases spotted by your... 11 junker characters that apparently follow us just to see where we dock.
Docking on a rogue base is entirely something else - seeing how all RM lawful ID's are rep hacked to be hostile to LR =__=; If you catch one of us doing the impossible, please send me a picture so that HC can have them first flogged for grossly inappropriate docking, and then so that we may start a religion after the miracle worker.
You're free to report anything you'd like to the respective official factions concerned - after all, it's their bases you're claiming that have been violated =__=; I'm sure the Rogues would LOVE to know how MND ID'd rephacked characters hacked into the server just to dock on their bases.
As for basing out of conn, that's an actual rule violation - if you believe that a rule has been violated, please report it to the admins. If you just feel like accusing us for everything - please avoid turning this into a trial by forum.
But seriously, people die sometimes. It's okay, it's a game.

Anyway- if he docked, he lost the fight, you may free happy. Even if you managed to ripe it.... this makes no restrictions, to undock from base nearest system and return back after 4 hours.
