I still don't get why Zoners need a capital warship fleet to enforce neutrality at gunpoint. Why not just super-armored exclusive transports build to last in the Omicrons? Would make more sense and would probably limit to the number of people choosing to create Zoner characters to a more reasonable number, and divert all the focus towards diplomacy rather than gun-toting. My 2 cents.

Topic: Zoners undoubtedly. The expansion of the mod over the years and the creation of so many new systems couldn't be inhabited by Houses, so the mods had to put Zoners there. However it doesn't make sense inRP considering what Zoners stand for and the amount of people who will be willing to follow that kind of life.
