Not really, it gives me something to do.
At the bare minimum it takes 1/2 delieveries of basic alloy in a 5k a day to keep it up with infrequent delieveries of food/water/food.
Pretty easy.
Getting started is the very tough part.

arent it was designed that way? if player want self sufficent full made base he need to spent a least one week supplying it. and more time to feed it later. or he must not have life or not have sleep

You know, bases were designed for factions, but there's no way to stop a no-lifer from running one themselves.
