Zonerzonerzoner trading can actually be quite profitable.
Question: Can you be sanctioned for 'ignoring' the docking rule?
Never read something about that in the players sanction thread.
But I can imagine, that Zoner traders dock in house systems anyways. (When there are no players nearby.)

Yeah you can be sanctioned for that, is just like disobeying any other ID rule.
Also, the NFZ around Freeports ain't that safe, and the few times I went through the Omicrons, passing by Malta, the Outcasts were pretty receptive. Tbqh, I don't recall being pirated by Outcasts on my zoner... Ever...

I have told by some KSP that okiniwa is restricted space.
And what about edinbarugh.
Is that bretornia space or gallic?
Okinawa is controlled mainly by the GMG. It is not Kusari House space.
Last year, the KNF/KSP were blockading the Okinawa system, but that has finished now.
Edinburgh is contested space. It is not Gallic House space, since it's not in Gallia, and it is not Bretonian House space since Bretonia has lost control of the system.
For rules purposes, the list of House Systems as written in the Server Rules thread (and quoted above) is all that counts.

If you're smuggling Cardimine/supplying Malta/Valetta/Other Outcast bases they most likely wont.
I've never been pirated by an Outcast either on a Zoner trader.
Corsairs sometimes have pirated their own Artifact shipments.
Funny really.
This comes from the bigger picture... a trader isnt really safe anywhere there are pirates.

I was killed once in Gammur, on my SIS train, hauling....oh, sup.cond.., yeah, them, and RP like supply transport, by Legate, who RP like: You red, die transport. All other runs were cool, and nice RP with even offical sair's factions.
