Yep, fine, wonderful idea, great even. But who's gonna model them? As it is modellers, the few we have, work on what they want to, so we'd only get house ships for Liberty and possibly Kusari. Bretonia sure as heck wouldn't get a look in, nobody wants to make bret ships. So even if the devs were inclined to re-purpose crap ships into house civilian, or even just pure civilian, we wouldn't see it perfectly proportioned. In this case I honestly feel it has to be an all or nothing deal, either every House gets new civvy ships, or no House does.

Tbh Del, I could do some, I don't have a problem with Bretonian ships, even though modeling them is a pain in the ass because of the House design.
I was asked a while ago to make a bret ship, but at the time I didn't have time for the project.
Only thing that made me stop modeling is the requirement for multiple LOD Ranges.

I would like to see more generic House-Ships for sure, too.
The easiest thing, of course, is to create a slightly remodeled Eagle for each house (I've seen that on YT some time ago); but I guess everyone wants to have something more creative.

Those of you willing to model should ensure you are completely au fait with the ship submissions system, know exactly what is needed before you even begin to model anything. One of the sources of the delay fro.86 was fixing broken submissions. Ensure you aren't part of that problem for 4.87.

I don't really see the issue with the house corporations using the standard house snubs... most of those are quite good... We already have almost as many ships in the mod as we do players. Much more would be overkill...
