Actually, the Northern half does exist. ;)
EDIT:
In the founding RP of the SA, the Northern half did patrol Colorado and NY, but the Northern side was more or less an NPC, since at the time, NY was off limits to PvP. No lawbreaking could really happen, and no enforcement was necessary. Due to the small size of the server then, rarely anyone was in Colorado.
So even when the SA became official and purchased VA, our ZoI remained California, Texas, and Virginia.
After certain changes, the SA is expected to have advanced into NY through political maneuvering and shows of force.
Colorado is still in control by the Northern half, and technically, on this server, any NPCs in Colorado are Northern NPCs. NY is a mix, and Cali and Texas are Southern.

As a part of the Liberty Forces trying to get you out of Z21 I'd like to testify that I saw you by the entrence, you refused to listen to navy personel and my scanners showed no malfunctions on you engines that would explain your slow speed. I recorded the whole incident on my scanners.
Now it's not in my place to discuss this futher.

If this sort of discussion can't be done "in character" in the RP subforum, then it should be handled in PMs to faction leaders.
Otherwise, it simply falls into the categories of complaining and/or flaming, and in no case belongs in the Faction sub-forum, and in no case needs to continue past this point.
