Konnichiwa Brothers and sisters,
Went out today to search for a certain base that we haven't made contact with yet that operates in our space, didn't take long for me to find it as I followed the rumor trail, base was in Tau 29 just outside the kyushu jump gate, not sure why the owner built it there since anyone with bad intentions could go and shoot at it, has no guns at the moment and seems to be a fresh build. Anyway I made contact with one of the base operators or owners and managed to get some information into getting docking priveleges, below is the talk I had with him.

You have proven to be a valuable asset of the Hogosha's military resources and one day you will be in charge of the family's main force. That is why I have entrusted you the task of planning out the schematics for our future base, may your instincts guide you on your assignment.
Tomonaga-kun, your diplomatic prowess and efficiency have spread the influence of the Society over the boundaries of Kusari core space, thus fulfilling the goals set by our great Kumicho. Now then, on to the major announcements. I recently made a complete load-out refit on the Buuru. Upon my return from the Omicrons I was notified about a certain Liberty gunboat causing mayhem in our capitol. I did not find the ship at question, but I stumbled upon a Liberty police officer in a fighter. His inability to explain his uninvited presence in our beloved nation struck my short-tempered patience so hard that I had to greet him in a traditional Hogoshan manner- with my newly polished cannons.

Afterwards I was joined by Washizuka-kun and Hirsha-kun, two of our newest whelps. they quickly discovered an Outcast gunship that was causing trouble in front of the jump gate for Shikoku. Needless to say, our combined force sent his Tridente straight to the depths of Outcast hell!

While on one of my regular patrols, i had strangest encounter, BAF ship in Nagano.

I roamed around Kusari space in order to keep it safe from any unwanted scum. And guess what I found in Shikoku? A rather big Outcast destroyer, obviously looking to disrupt the economy of our home.
Well, I was only in my fighter, so I gave a little tip to the Kusari State Police. And they solved the problem:

[|]Rayden here. Haven't writen a report in a long time. If ever. I'm not sure. Anyway Today was a funny day. Escorted a gaijin trader to Planet Honshu, then I met a Dragon at New Tokyo, fought him for a while but in the end I ran out of Nano-bots first, although it was a very close fight. Well when I ran out of bots and bats I decided to back away, congratulated Dragon on his victory and let a KSP take over. I flew to safety and got completely wasted on Nagano (big thanks to our Samura friends for well supplied bars) to celebrate my survival.
Finally I met a bounty hunter in Hokkaido. We shot a few shots in each others direction but he had no sense of humour so I disengaged and proceed to Kabukicho to get drunk some more.
Overall a good day.

Today I made sure that the designated heir to the throne received some silent support from us. With my Raba transport I managed to get some medical supplies to the battleship Yamaguchi.
I am not sure how our glorious leader thinks about it, but we should increase our support to the rest of Exiles, but in silence. Neither of us wants to annoy the current government and the Gallic forces in the open
On my way back to Kusari, a Junker in his garbage vessel thought my Raba was an easy prey. Well, in the end Sirius suffers from one less filthy Junker!
I hope, I made the Society with my deed proud.

Konnichiwa, honourable family of the Society.
Today I took my new Black Dragon on its first flight. I received a communication from a Hogosha associate, Hisao Ikezawa, who was having difficulties with the police in Rheinland, despite his completely above-board dealings in trading Optronics. Although the situation was resolved before I arrived to mediate on his behalf, he assured me that the officers had treated him with all relevant courtesy after the misunderstanding had been sorted out, and even escorted him through the House. I paid my thanks and escorted our Hogoshan brother back to Kusari in his Bumblebee.
Afterwards, he and I delivered a shipment of Kyushu Rice to Crete, returning with holds full of Artifacts to distribute. A profitable day, indeed. Free of strife and full of gain for all involved.

Konnichiwa, honourable family.
Two incidents of note today. Firstly, just after paying a visit to an associate of mine on Shinjuku Station I launched to find a cruiser-class AI vessel accompanied by a KNF fighter. The KNF officer flew on towards New Tokyo after greeting me, leaving the (unarmed) AI to its own devices. I can only assume that the samurai had allowed the robot entry to Kusari, and proceeded under that assumption.
I made conversation with the entity, attempting to gain an insight into its purpose and its background, to see what useful information I could ascertain. Kobi-san arrived early in our conversation, and he too joined me in welcoming Kusari's newest visitor.
While this was proceeding, though, I was approached by a captain with Freelancer papers flying a Base Construction Platform, already preloaded with most of the required materials to build a basic outpost. He was missing Optronics, though, and was interested to know if we could provide them. Leaving Kobi-san to deal with the AI, I went off to assist this potential business partner. Naturally I facilitated the deal; money makes the world go round, as they say. In addition, after having got what he came for, the pilot was most forthcoming with information about the wheres, whats, whens and whos of the base he'd been contracted to build. Conversation records are attached to this transmission, but to cut a long story short it seems the Corsairs may be interested in setting up shop a bit farther from Crete than usual.
In any case, this bears watching. Regardless of the base's eventual construction and its owners' intent, it may be we can either help the fledgling outpost or hinder it, whatever best serves the family's own ends.

Konnichiwa once again, friends and family.
I took my Black Dragon on an excursion today, skimming all around Kusari and the borderworlds in search of anything untoward. Pirate activity has been on the rise lately, especially in Shikoku. However, today the skies were clear of such unscrupulous folk.
While crossing from Kepler to Galileo, though, I ran into someone far more interesting than a mere parasite latched to a trade lane; a Coalition fighter clutching four escape pods of the State Police in its bay.
Happily for all involved, the pilot was reasonable and polite (if a bit crude) and I was able to negotiate the release of all four officers quite easily. I dropped them off on Itabashi on my return trip.
Afterwards, the Coalition pilot headed off towards Liberty space while I made my way back to Kusari. I am sure the State Police will be most grateful for the return of their people.

Sumimasen for not letting you know of my status for so long, but it was for personell family business. I hope you can understand this.
Anyway, once again I made a flight through our beloved Kusari and I stumbled upon two annoyances in New Tokyo. The first was a baka Chrysanthemum bomber. I heard the very same was responsible for the loss of one of our Rabas.
Well, the baka girl at first tried to kill me, but in the end, was all busy docking at Roppongi. I will forward this message to the Kusari Naval forces, as they asked for this evidence.

The other issue I am talking about was some Liberty Navy gaijin who even had 10 of our Hogosha pilots in his hold. As a transport ship of the Naval forces was present, the baka handed them over to me.
Then, when we ordered him to leave Kusari to Liberty he opened the fire on me.
In the end he was not a match for my skills.
