Indeed, this is a small price to pay (128 limit) if it helps the Admins diagnose and solve the instability problem. I suspect that all will be well soon. Thanks to the Admins for their hard work (in case no one has shown any appreciation lately). Also, I agree on the RP development. No reason to sit around grumbling when the time could be put to better use to enhance your personal experience, yes?

People aren't harassing the Admins, they only asked why. There was no announcment beyond the one ingame that alot of people may have missed. Now Korrd has explained it to us officially, and everyone knows why.
I agree it sucks that the limit is down and that some 50 players cant log on, but its only for a short time. Plus whatever needs to be done to get the servers back in full swing is fine by me.

Me, if I cant get on after a couple of tries I go play another game(Swat 4, swat 3, AOW, HOMMIV etc....) and then I come back in a couple of hours and it has usually died down by then.

So far, crashes seem not to be related to the limit, but to the server OC.
Since Majkp lowered it from 4.5 Ghz to 4, the server has been running smoothly.
If all goes well, the limit will be restored back to 200 tomorrow.

He is the one who found out that the cause of the problem was the excessive OC.
