I was able to figure out that it was the [MNS]-Fantasia that CD'd him, and then chatted with the Nomad. I have as yet been unable to contact the captain and determine who was in command at the time of the incident

but if you are outcast tagged you dont shoot Nomads or Keepers.

Outcast thought about keepers and Nomads as their spirits and Guardians of their graves. They don't use nomad weaponry and equipment.... They worship Nomads, so to speak, so I would probably do the same thing except i would try to pray to Keeper to let me deal with you and then I would ask you to drop Nomads you have in your cargo!!!!!
If you would continue to run I would CD you myself and I woud bring your escape pod back to Malta...
Fantasia did not anything wrong here.... I think he did good job and he kept Spirits happy....
EDIT: Please stop farming nomad NPC, Outcast don't kill nomads or Keepers we worship them... I hope you see Fantasia's reason for CDing you

Wow guys, thank you all for your support, but it is not a big deal in my eyes.
I was just so :angry: when my "fellow" Outcast indirect killed me.

I do think that an outcast would rather kill a nomad than an outcast, or am i completly lost?
