If that repair ship moved itself far enough away to dock and not provide a message and thus come back to feed B\Bs then no cheating was done. It was legit and organized and the defence was unorganized to counter it. If that repair ship was docking and coming back in in plain view and providing one of those docking messages then submit the evidence in a report. Same with any renaming you think may have occured, I can look up every single renameme done if need be.
Supplying B/B's is not only not cheating but it's also not discouraged, in fact here are my words on that, I encourage players to pass B/Bs amongst each other to increase their survivabilty.
