Bretonia Intelligence Agency - FallenKnight - 06-07-2012
There is already a faction working to become official: Bretonia Intelligence (BIS|). They are all serious players so just try to join them instead of re-creating/spaming similar factions just for the sake of being "director" aka boss.
The BIS are not concetrating on caps in fact they dont fly them similar to the armed forces. You better check the link above or contact the leader of BIS for more information.

One piece of advice, dont start with 2 or 3 factions. And don't start with starting up at all.
Join one, see how it feels. Then use that knowledge gaineed for your own...
