Make sure you are on the move constantly or at least have a clear path so you can keep firing at the first Marduk while getting out of range of the second one. The Marduks aren't all that smart, and they can't be bothered following you if you get a bit of range on them. Moreover, as I recall it, they un-spawn when you get them at 10-12K.

if you want to go to omicron-99 you need support because sometimes while you fighting a nomad cap an other nomad ca suddenly appear behind you
so you must be realy careful as said

Mako is better.. lol... 2 ducks spawnd behind me.. an they took a lot... of but with a alittle help like a GS( for taking the fire on me...) and we killed them... .. so yea... take some escorts with u...
and hey if i can do this with a Mako .. then imagine what u will can do with an Osiris ;)

Basing on current ini files you can find nomad caps in O90, O99, Delta, Kappa, Alaska. From the safety point of view last 3 is the best since you can dock quickly after hard fight.
Edit: After precise check all systems mentioned contain nomad GB's.
BS can only be found:
1) Alaska - The area of encounter is shown on the map as a quite big ellipsoid on political map. Generally whole H2+3, G2+3, partially F2+3.
2) Omicron 99 - The area of encounter is shown on the map as a huge circle on political map, generally with most of the system covered.
In Alaska it spawns a bit more often.

The Nomad BS can get stuck between the rocks in the cloud in Alaska, so they cant really move around that much.
Get away from the BS, and since it cant move, you're basically dealing with a stationary target. Lots of people are right, bring escort such as bombers, it'll make your life a lot easier. But be very careful about Nomad escort, they can be a nuisance, since they can move around. But they cant really lower your shields, because the guns are so weak.
But be careful about Nommie BS guns, they can beat you up.
