I've moved him out to Daba so he's available for whichever group he needs to be.
As a side note, I would recommend the someone be around to handle the NPC's in case they show up. Having an NPC Nomad gunboat or an NPC Ossie show up right in the middle of this can cause just a bit of imbalance - or you could just consider that those were unannounced features.
