LN turrets are the best you get, more damage for practically the same energy drain... in most cases, less energy, but for some reason, not the GB version....
Also; solaris still hits more then basics:)

yup, there is only a tiny tiny 2degrees top-left/right angle were you MIGHT be able to fire 6 turrets. Checked it right now, 5 turrets at most in any direction; 500k core.... Energy is not a problem.
Thus, SOLARIS for anti snub purposes, LN Turrets for anti everything else.

Anyway, Liberty GB turrets are your choice. Good DPS and with the arcs of Libby GB you can say infinite core too.
EDIT: Also, doesn't matter if you use Solaris or basics when the projectile is 1400 m/s or 1600 m/s, if you miss with either you don't turret zoom out enough.
