I suggest leaving Zoner ID free. The diversity and freedom of role is what makes it so great.
Of course, if the faction has plans to get their own ID, that's different topic.

Especially if they are going to RP solid group of individuals as opposed to community of Zoners with wide interest for all Zoners.

They might cooperate for protection, but there is no Zoner Council to create a faction out of that.

Each Zoner group fends for itself, and some have friends around to help them.

Snak3, just clarify what've said Summer. if we will use a Zoner ID that's doesn't mean we will represent whole NPC faction, that's mean we just use it.

I've only had pleasant encounters with the Phoenix group. Some times just two ships in passing of each other, but also when we in the GMG have flown together with Phoenix guys during convoys and other trade runs. The forum RP we've done together have also been of great fun! Looking forward to more of it.
I hope that you acquire official status.
