Few questions:
First why you have RoS in that rep chart, you and RoS can't even operate in the same areas. Why you don't have the Gallic unlawfuls there either? Both are working against the crown.
Second why you have Kepler in your ZoI, or Kusari at all. The whole point of the exiles is that they are cut off from their home - else wise there wouldn't be a problem.
Third - an out of curiosity question: why IKN? As I recall that was the capital ship perfix for KNF ships in 4.85.

If that were the only problem, they'd be called the Stranded and not the Exiles. As the name implies, they're stuck in Bretonia primarily for political reasons - the republican government banished the Ex-peror, the Shogun and any generals who declared in Kogen's favour - including their troops by extension.
That said, can't see how these guys could get to Kepler. Don't buy the reasoning behind the KSP either. Understandable that you guys want the KSP to be involved, seeing as most of your players share membership, but mixing roles like that does seem extremely contrived.

RoS was on the NPC faction table on the wiki, I can change it if you want, that's a good point.
Kepler isn't in our ZOI, read the list, the picture just has it because I used the ellipse tool in MS Paint. Kyushu is because we feel that a small fighter raid or smuggling mission from time to time is possible. Does it mean we'll be there often? No.

The KSP-IKN connection is purely 100% ooRP. That was part of a draft that needs to be cut out. Originally it was considered but dropped on Friday's suggestion.

After thinking about it, RoS was probably in the table that I copied from because our ID allows us to hunt Gallic lawfuls anywhere in Sirius. As a faction though that's not something we're really looking to do. It could make for a fun event on occasion, but you won't see us chasing Gallic traders in the Omegas.

I would suggest contacting Council to get access to Roussilon since it can be reached from Newcastle. It would be interesting cooperation as well.
