Before reformatting, try and update your soundcard drivers. A program from this link, CPUID.com, should help you determine your onboard soundcard if you don't know what model/make it is. Typically most onboard soundcards have drivers from Windows XP's stock of default drivers, but updating should negate any errors due to bug fixes within each release.

Use you system recovery tht's included in the XP and set it an few days back wen you think you did not have tht problem

well i have Reformated my comp now (no worrys i have made backups of all needed Files)
but that dame Sound Glitch is Still there GRRRRRR :angry2:
