As far as i know, 8492 is not at war with phantom, but unfriendly. After all, we were created to fight pirates, terrorists, and all who threatens the peace of sirius...
Something i forgot to add in the diplo map:
:cool: --Allied: Full alliance, if yo go after one of them, then, you have problems with all of them...
:) --Friendly: They are not allied, but they might or might not help each other.
:sleep: --Neutral: well, ..um.. neutral.
:angry: --Unfriendly: They wont go hunting for each other, but they might or might not engage on sight.
:angry2: --Hostile/War: The factions in question will seek each other to fight. They MUST engage on sight.
:unsure: --Unknown: Diplomacy still not declared.
Well, i think those description go well with the status each one represents..
Oh, anoher thing: Factions actually listed in the diplo map are all the factions which have a post on the factions post. But i need Igiss Approval in order to make those factions valid. If he tells me to remove/not to add X or Z faction bacause of W or Q reasons, i will remove them from the map and/or faction status thread.
