I've only played the demo for Spec Ops, but I found it pretty interesting, the story seemed to actually have a point, and the gameplay was fine.
Is it worth paying for?

The gameplay is nothing to write home about, but the storyline is just incredible.
I've had to stop playing it after a certain spoiler. People who've played know what I'm talking about.

Excellent, maybe I'll pick it up the next time I go looking for games then. Storyline is one of the most important things to me in any game.

It was Yahtzees Number 1 game of the year for 2012
It was also one of the games TotalBiscuit said he wasen't going to put into his top 10 because the game "It is one of my games of the year, but I can't say I enjoyed playing it. If you run though the game and say you enjoyed every part of what you were doing, quite frankly, you're either playing it wrong or your borderline psychopathic."
