If you force your frame rate over 180 (like Texan is suggesting) you will have the ability to "jitter" making you next to impossible to hit at times...
...this is cheating (as is Lag Switching, Agility Hack, and SUR Hack), and being searched for by several members with video recording. You will be caught and banned if you do it.

For one they will have no to little lag, yet still look like they're warping all over the place. On top of that they will have damn good aim (unless they just completely suck).

This guy sadly can't even competently fly. But the ones who know how to fly to some degree are super hard to hit.

That video would probably have been recorded with DXtory.
DXtory also serves as a method of capping your own frames per second, so that you don't jitter about like the rogue sabre in the video.
OPnly problem with DXtory is that all the stuff in the program is rather badly translated from korean, causing a few tooltips and instructions on things to make no sense whatsoever.

It's down to taste more than anything. Personally, I find I do better with Iron Hammers than any other 600ms codenames, due to the way the projectile looks. I just find it easier to aim. Some people swear by Blue Blazes, altough personally I hate them. Plenty more will point you to Excaliburs or Heimdalls.
2.00s are all about alpha damage... Hit once, and inflict a lot of pain. So anything with more than 1300 hull damage is fine. The only possible exception is archangels, which use a tad too much energy for their 1400 damage. Although even they're pretty damned good.

Heimballs are awesome if you can aim correctly, but i'd suggest using them.
