RECEIVER ID: Boundless Transport Enterprises - Private Message Relay ![]() Nebs reportin' in. My current location is Planet Crete, Omicron Gamma. After a short investigation I've realized these goods you're requestin' are not for public to touch, chief. I'll try to do whatever I can to get them though. I've just finished a small haul of some food, heard 'sairs is in need of it. Since I've had some rough way to here I'll have to spend some time here while my ship will be fixed. The full report of haul is attached to this message. My further plan is... kinda improvised. I'm planning to take 'some' artifacts from here, if I'll get any access to it, and set my trade route to... Gallia. Maine, to be exact. Just don't call me an idiot before you won't hear all my plan. There's a base called 'Evron' there, ruled by Council. I've used to make some runs there sometimes. I'm thinkin' in establishing the communication with Council by haulin' them some gifts. In my belief they would be suitable as our long-term customers, as we could run some precious supplies for them through 'crownies' embargo. And takin' some rare goods from Gallia to our Sirian customers. What're you thinkin' 'bout that, boss? I won't proceed with this plan if you believe there's no use for that. You have some time to respond while my ship is under repair. If I won't get any further instructions, I'm on my own. I believe it's a chance for some Big Blind and I want you to Ante Up. Nebs out. You've got guts Jones I'll give you that, we'll see about the brains if you make it past the Royalist fleet. I'll Call on that. Keep in mind we've got no friendlies up there and our name carries no favour. You are persona non grata. Whats more it'll be our first meeting with any group from Gallia, what you do and say will dictate how our negotiations proceed, if at all. Get our foot in the door and get out. Pull it off Jones and you'll be working Gallia, I can't give you more incentive. RECEIVER ID: Boundless Transport Enterprises - Private Message Relay ![]() You can count on me, chief. From what I know, Council won't whisk away anyone who offers them help like this. Plus, I'll try to make sure that in exchange of our help offer, we'll get these stuff 'sairs are askin' for. At least for a cheap price. I'll report the status once in Gallia if possible. Nebs out. RECEIVER ID: Boundless Transport Enterprises Private Message Relay ![]() Jones reporting in. The first part of the plan is completed. However, with some changes, and looks like we have some results delay because of my own mistake. Since I couldn't get any direct access to artifacts at the moment, I've decided to take full cargo space of Iridium. At least my informant (which was obviously a Junkie) told me that's a good stuff to offer. Looks like I was fooled and only Gallic Junkies shows interest towards these goods. I've made my full route to Council-controlled Marne. A note to all BTE pilots - Gallia is not space to be entered with big-ass transports. Take it as warning. Thanks God I'm not the fan of these... So, as there are changes in my plan, I'll be visiting Marne for some time until I'll have some new ideas how to sort my mess out. My first idea - trade this Iridium with Gallic border-located Junkies and get somethin' Council would be interested into in exchange. Maybe that'll be the new milestone for the plan. End of report, Nebs out. Oh, by the way, if we'll ever have any business with Order, try to not mention my name. Looks like I'm persona non grata in their spaces since I've tried to (and did that successfully afterwards) cross their 'top secret' and most protected spaces. If anyone interested, I can even share a route. Nebs out. END OF MESSAGE. RE: Boundless Transport Enterprises - Private Message Relay - Croft - 12-22-2012 *** External Access Detected Security Key Accepted: Brisbane, Edward Access Granted *** Read your report Jones, sounds like the Junkers gave you the run-around, hope you didn't pay too much for that info I'm pretty certain there's no refunds. I'll be honest with you I don't know what you'll find out there to please the Council, I'd bet good money they could get their hands on anything from Gallia. If you can't find anything I'd suggest calling in a favour from one of our own, I'd offer my own freighter but right now I'm on Crete until these negotiations are done. Whilst you're out there, see if you can find out who controls the black market Gallia-side we'll need to make nice with those before we start moving product. I can only assume the Royalists have the place locked up tighter than Liberty's vaults, I'll mark it as freighters only if anyone gets the notion. Another pilot in bad standing with the Order? Must be something good down there, upload the info when you get back we might be able to turn this to our advantage. Oh and good luck Jones, you'll need it. RECEIVER ID: Boundless Transport Enterprises Private Message Relay WARNING! Possibility of highly delayed and static message. Increasing signal to maximum to ensure the quality of message. Some parts of message can be lost. [VIDEO FEED UNAVAILABLE] This is Nebs. Situation is under control. I have some refugees onboard, headin' to Sirius now. I'll be tryin' alternative route through Omicron Alpha, which isn't so influenced by Gallic Royals as Orkney route is. Wish me- *silence, static follows* Crap! PART OF MESSAGE CAN'T BE DISPLAYED. END OF MESSAGE. RE: Boundless Transport Enterprises - Private Message Relay - SummerMcLovin - 12-22-2012 If Nebs needs a hand out there, I can get to Gallia easily enough. The Beguiled Economy might look bulky, but she's a graceful one and has the armour to stand up to some of the worst beatings she'd get.
I'll wait until you've finished your negotiations before I return to Crete, but the Council are looking for all the arms and munitions they can get. The Hessians and Mollys are a good bunch for anything that can cause damage, so while I'm in Rheinland I'll talk to them. See if they need anything from Gallia and contact them with some evidence of our goodwill to sweeten the deal. Either them or the Junkers should be able to get a couple of the Benitez's special requests, will come back here with any results. RECEIVER ID: Boundless Transport Enterprises - Private Message Relay ![]() Jones reporting in. Sorry for my last transmission, I've been chased a bit, so I had to cut it off to make sure that I won't be trailed. My current location is Planet Pittsburgh, Liberty. And... I don't want to brag... but just the moments ago the last of refugees left my ship. I had a rough ride, to be honest. During these couple of days of "vacation" in Gallia this is what I've managed to gather. First of all, some things actually changed after my last visit in Gallia. Orkney is now... not safe as before. Royalists took over it (including Languedoc), destroying and retaking the bridges that used to belong to the Council. However, the base of Council's operations still remains Champagne, and they still can survive with the help of Gallic collaborators, but I doubt they expect anyone from outside of Gallia to come as they used to do before the fall of Languedoc and Orkney. However, with some skills, guts and lack of common sense, it's possible to get through Royalists and get into contact with Council. Secondly, I've managed to get some intel about some groups in Gallia. Let's start from well-known Junkies. Unlike the Sirian ones, Gallic Junkers has better relationship with the Crown. They also known to run some "trading" routes as well. Probably these even includes some jobs for the Crown itself. They're not trusted by Council and criminal groups, but they're sometimes essential to them for their collaboration between both sides of law for their own good. Another group we should aware of is Legion of the Damned, also sometimes called "Brigands" for some reason. Their role in Gallia is simple - smugglin' and robin'. The Council knows them as someone what can run goods for them, but they rarely do that if there's no reasonable profit for them. As far as I've heard, these are the guys one shouldn't mess with. So, as far as I'm informed "Brigands" are the main runners of Black Market in Gallia. I've heard there's (or was) a criminal group calling themselves "Unione Corse", but I couldn't gather much of information about them. Maybe that'll be possible once direct contact with the Council will be established. Some smuggling Gallia-side are made by the group called "The Maquis". Most of their runs consist Counterfeit Software and stuff like this. I think they rarely have any deals with Council. However, Council tries to remain in good terms with all these groups because of their bad "relationships" with the Crown. Now, let's talk 'bout the route. There are two choices of gettin' into Gallia. First one is quite of mainstream - Orkney - Languedoc passage which now is crawling with Royalists. Plus, you have to sprint through their base orbiting near the jump hole to Languedoc. The same situation awaits on the other side. Bein' in Gallia means only one thing - there's always a guillotine hangin' over your head. Also, you have to make hell of way if you want to get to Champagne. The second - alternative route which was kinda of surprise to me, since I've never heard of it before, is Omicron 80 - Lorraine passage. I'd rather get through sniffies rather than whole fleet of Royalists. And it takes only one jump for you to get from Lorraine to Champagne. However, there's this "little" problem. Mines. Hell of mines. I'm not sure how it does look in Om-83, but that minefield guarding the jump hole in Lorraine looks like a frakin' suicide to me. Passage in the minefield of Orkney is easy to find, with Lorraine it's totally a different story. There are no marks that could tell somethin' about the passage - no buoys, no weapon turrets. Nothin', only that damn Royalists' outpost hangin' nearby. I couldn't risk the lives of refugees aboard, so I haven't made any "researches" with this minefield. All I know is that I've made a hell of circuit around it and found no clue. It requires more of investigation. Maybe the Council will be able to provide any kind of information. All I know is that once we'll have that route "opened", lives will be easier to all of us. Now, it's time for my upcoming plan. I've already hauled a full ship of Basic Alloy to Planet Marne in Champagne, which is one of the main their imports. For the return to Sirius, I've took 'bout 400 refugees with me and took them through half of Sirius to Pittsburgh. Now, I'll try to take somethin' more "serious" with me to give it to the Council. After that, I believe, we'll prove ourselves as trusted haulers with some guts to do these kind of stuff. Once I'll be in Gallia again, I'll try to establish communications with greater instance of the Council as BTE representative. I hope everythin' will go as planned. If you have anythin' to tell, you're free to do so. Nebs out. END OF MESSAGE. RE: Boundless Transport Enterprises - Private Message Relay - J.Cervantes - 12-27-2012 ::::INCOMING TRANSMISSION:::: [On*] ID: J.Cervantes: SECURE Hola and greetings all around, I am a new member... newest in fact but I may be able to shed some light on the UC and Brigands. *blows smoke ring* I had a friend who was an IMG pilot and the pilot was greeted and treated very well by most of the Gallic factions. The Brigands do not consider the IMG an enemy or a threat. Java might be a safe place to entice a meeting with these groups. *blows smoke* As the report stated they also have no love for the junkers so we would be a good alternative perhaps maybe some in the IMG have dealings? *Bows* Please excuse me for speaking so boldy as I have not even been a member more than a few hours... forgive me where are my manners I am J.Cervantes former junker, and a smuggler extraordinaire I mainly operate out of the Hotel Azure here on Curacao pardon my forwardness. I am here to serve Ciao [feed terminated] RE: Boundless Transport Enterprises - Private Message Relay - SummerMcLovin - 01-06-2013 News from Gallia, I think I've found the sort of people we'd want to talk to. First of all, about my journey here.
Picked up some munitions from the Hessians while I was in Rheinland. When headed through the minefield to Languedoc, it was only after a short while under fire that I convinced the Royalists to let me pass. Their guns fell silent... good thing I'd hidden the munitions in the secret compartments on the Beguiled. They are willing to let us fly through, but I don't think we will be welcome on their planets. I ended up talking to the residents of one of the bases and it seems Nebs had a fair grasp of the Council and Brigands. However, the Maquis seem pretty hostile to outsiders - might be best avoiding them. Reaching the north, I found the rebels in Gallia are always in need of these sorts of things, so the Council vendor on Evron gave me a nice stack of credits (seems they've moved on from francs). Intrigued by the mention of the Corse, I've made way for one of their more public bases in Lyonnais. Will let you know more as I do. Business continues, Anna |
