Have no idea if I should write that in other thread, but still.

For the last year I just was logged in, but today got kicked by forum somehow, and I have no idea what password it has and can not restore it via e-mail due to said obstacles.

Got my account banned when trying to use a restart on a new character "Antoine_Cellier" is the character I used the restart on. This character also triggered some kind of anticheat message that I couldn't read because of the disconnect. Otherwise Adon_Miller is also on the same account but that character was working just fine.

Greetings. One of my accounts have got banned.
It's actually a shared account with some of my friends. I was having internet/technical issues with my PC yesterday and while I was trying to access the account, one of my friends, Schxer whilst also having internet problems accidently tried to connect at the same time. As far as I remember, I made 1 attempt and Scxher made around 2. The account subsequently got banned. That's what I think happened.
Can you please Unbann it. It has lot of valuable ships. Thank you
