Unbanned. You were blocked from connecting because of a file mismatch, this is usually due to antivirus software quarantining CapitalClassFixes.dll. Please restore the affected file, and if necessary, reinstall Discovery before reconnecting. ~Wildkins

Greetings, my account got banned. Before I could connect to the server but my game crashed instantly when undocking with every character. Now my whole account is banned.

- showed as a bad instal so a reinstal would be prudent. Once in I would also suggest only 6 ships in account, 7 often gives errors - Tunicle

Cannot log into a specific account for some reason. For a few days now. I suspect it might be connected to me switching between VPNs.

Try now. There was nothing obvious our end but when that happens it is usually in an account with seven characters, try and move one out. Or if not give name of ship in another account and we can move one there - Tunicle

I don't remember how much characters is on the account, if I'm honest. And I can't check/move characters because I'm not even making it to the character list.
