Thanks again for the heads up regarding Zoner reps etc. I restarted my character and transferred some money back, i made a loss on my conference ship but am steadily clawing it back again with a much brighter future (rep).
I am quite unsure regarding the ship types for each faction and have made a bit of a boob regarding my Zoner ID. I've bought a Kamome which has dropped my power to 10%, i dont intend on keeping this long however and am reading through the wiki trying to understand what i've done wrong, jeez things have changed since i last played

It's a thing added as of 4.86 in the Discovery mod, that when you have a certain ID mounted, you'll get a certain power-core on particular ships/equipment. In other words, when you're a Zoner, you can only use certain technology. An easy way to check what you can and can't use is this chart: http://discoverygc.com/wiki/techcompat_table.php
Just scroll down to the Zoner ID and see what technologies have 100% power... or 90% if you're fine with it, then use the wiki and check what ships are made by the faction mentioned on the chart.

I have now CT-39X "Albatross" Civilian Transport , when I tried to dock at Ontario Jump Hole located at Colorado , the ship stuck at endless docking , I tried it many times but always the same , is that normal ?

The server is currently having a malfunction at the time, bugged jump-holes being one of the symptoms. Normally, it does not take long for the Admins to restart the server.
Wait a couple of minutes and it should be solved.

I don't quite understand your question, are you saying you are unable to connect to the server? Would that be a problem of not seeing the server at all if so?

I would like to know if its normal that a enemy players ship can destroy my ship (5kshield,30k armor) in 2-3 secconds?

1. what ship were you flying?
2. What armor upgrade are you using?
3. did you die instantly after your shield went down?
4. What ship was the enemy flying?

dont know what ship the enemy was fyling,im just curious if that was normal.I was flying a Camara with a mk2 armor upgrade.
And i died in like 2 secs,there were not enough time to look at my health.
I just got the "missile incoming" message and then i used some countermeasures.
I think i died from guns or turrets...
