Hello,
If i got one Linux hardware box and two terminals connected to it (i.e. two keyboards, two mices, two monitors) on which two users play via Wine - is it counts as multiboxing or not?

two users = not multiboxing as per the rules
will the 1 or 2 users get kicked running FL under wine on linux in some moderately unusual situation? maybe.

Not 100% correct. I log onto second user account on my comp to trade armour/guns and such just fine. It is a bit of a pain, as i need to enter/exit each accout a few times, but it works with just one comp. But you can also not cheat, and fly 2 ships that way either, so pretty safe to say not duel trading and such.

Yep, this cuts out the ability to F1 in space and quickly log another account too.
Also cuts out repeat business for Rod Hammer...
